I have a customer that I recently upgraded from an ealier version of 9 to 9.0.3.29.
After the upgraded, the customer started complaining that when the Call Park timer expires, the display shows the parked caller's Caller ID, and no longer says "Ringing Back."
I check on our system, and this is indeed the case. Anyone know of a way to change it? The issue is that the front desk girls think its a new call, so answer it as such, instead of an existing waiting caller.
