Placing external call from remote system
« on: November 07, 2018, 08:52:05 AM »
We have 2 Mitel 5000's, one at our main office and one at a small branch office. Both systems are linked over our VPN. The branch office only has one external line which we like to reserve for incoming calls from customers. The main office has a PRI that we would like to route some outgoing calls through from the branch office. I know the hardware of the system supports it as we are able to transfer an external call from the main office to an extension at the branch office. I'm not sure how I would go about programming that though. Any thoughts?

Easy. Program ARS with the remote node specified in the Facility Groups.

Make sure emergency calls are routed to the local trunk group.
