ACD Calls not being presented
« on: October 16, 2018, 08:59:44 AM »
We have a situation whereby numbers coming in on a newly provisioned SIP circuit are routing to the path and queuing, but never seem to be presented to the agents that are available.

We have the old DDI still pointed and that is working absolutely fine (they come in from a separate Trunk Gateway)

The new DDI's route in to the ACD path via a nametag huntgroup in order that when they overflow to voicemail, the embedded vm system can ID the mailbox that it should be going to.

The problem we have is that they are due to port to this new SIP circuit so we need to identify why the calls aren't being presented before this happens

Any ideas?

Could it be to do with the Network Zone ID?

Are both the SIP Peering in the same zone?

I have seen previously that the queues and trunks shared zone 10, The agents were in zone 11 but all the zones allocated bandwidth had been used by other handsets so the calls queued until they could present.

Thanks for the help Magpye - turned out to be a corruption in the DB. DB save/restore managed to resolve the calls not being presented to agents.
