"Press hold to Team"... any idea what this does?
« on: October 26, 2010, 09:04:58 AM »
Hi all,

I have a remote user running via teleworker on a 3300, and on said users set, the option has appeared on the screen prompting for "press hold key to team".  Now i have experienced netowrk cards in a team configuration... but surely as a teleworker, you wouldn't need to to "team" two sets???

Am I interpreting Mitels terminology correctly, or does it mean something else?

Cheers

Rixy

The only time I've seen "Team" on any display is when they have a wireless headset or handset.
It's part of the process to get them working on the phone.

false alarm...

if there is one valuable lesson that i have learnt, it is that i can't assume my colleagues have taken down the problem correctly.  Upon speaking to the user myself, it is actually the registration command it's asking for... "press hold key to send PIN"

i got pwned... :o  ::)

cheers
