We have a 5000 cp system and mostly is working well. But we want to change the number of rings before auto-answer from 6 to 3.
When a call comes in, it rings a hunt group for a our sales group and operator. If not answered after 6 rings, we have a voice attendant that picks up and gives options to dial by name or by extension.
I expect this change to be in the Timer section, but not sure where? Is it the "No Answer Advance" on the Hunt group? Or the "announcement" or "overflow"? or somewhere else entirely?
Currently, the hunt group timer has "No Answer Advance" 18 seconds, and "Announcement" 18 seconds.. If I change them to lower value, will that accomplish my goal?
