In my compagny we bought 4 Jabra Handset (Evolve 75) with Bluetooth connection to use it with laptop and Mitel 622d.
For 2 people, the handset is correctly with phone and laptop, but for the 2 other it's working only with laptop.
The phone are the same reference (622d), we use the same software version (7.0 SP11).
The main difference is the bluetooth version, for the phone it's working the version is 2.0.11, and for those it's not working it's 3.2.1
Do you think it's because of this difference that the handset is not working ?
Is it possible to downgrade the bluetooth version ?
Is 3.2.1 version is the latest ? Is there a new version which could correct our issue ?
