I Hope somebody can help me.
we are using the 6930 IP Phone with x3 PKM expansion modules. it is connected to the 3300 CX-II controller.
when an external caller reaches the 6930 (setup as a reception phone) and the receptionist transfers it to a extension on the PKM module and the destination extension is busy, the call then "rings back" to reception which is fine. The receptionist wants calls that are returned (Ringing back) on busy or unanswered calls to show who the person is waiting for.
on unanswered calls it returns and says "recall from ext. number", which is great, but for returns on busy extensions it just says "external number is ringing you back". she doesnt know from which extension its ringing back.
