Dial 0 for operator functionality
« on: October 02, 2018, 07:29:45 PM »
We have a Mitel 5000 running 6.0.9.64.

This server serves multiple buildings. Currently, when the caller presses "0" in voicemail, they are routed to the operator in our main plant. Is it possible to change this functionality to be extension specific, so that a caller would reach an operator in the same building as the dialed extension?

Sure... You can set the attendant on each mailbox, then in the mailbox when they dial 0 it will go that extension (phone, hunt group, etc).
