How can I make extensions rollover to other extensions when there is no answer?
Such as ext. 5602 doesn't answer in 3 or so rings, so it goes to another extension. Is that even possible with this system? Never seen one of these setup that way before.
Depends on the situation, but it is definitely possible... The SX-200 is a quite capable PBX and can handle almost any call flow need.
This can be accomplished via Call Forward No Answer, hunt group, ring group, key appearances with delay ring, or any number of other things, but with your information it is almost impossible to make a recommendation.
Can you give us a cradle to grave scenario with phone types?
