i have a few 6869i phones with m685i expansion modules giving a few issues.
all running on a mvo 470 with ver5h4 .
seems that it struggles with multiple calls and locks up requiring a reboot. at times transferring using BLF keys dont work. also sound quality not great.
have tried upgrading system software and phone software but the problem still persists.
i would easily see the phone as faulty but it seems to be at various sites.
has anyone else experienced this and some sort of fix?
