Barge in using digital phones

I need a little clarification on how the barge in feature works and anything special I need to do to program it/ activate it.

Most Inter-Tel digital phones that support Off-Hook Voice Announce require a PCDPM to be installed for the second audio path.

What style phones do you have?

I apologize for the delay. Vacation got in the way a bit.

We will be using 8568 digital phones. I havent used barge in on the 250 before so Im not sure what buttons I need and how they operate. Reading the materials it appears to be a three step process?

The station doing the Barge In needs to be the Supervisor of a hunt group that the station is a member of. Program a Station Monitor key and Barge In key on the Supervisor's phone.

The Supervisor first monitors the call, and can then Barge In.
