MOH question for Dealers
« on: October 11, 2010, 09:35:26 AM »
I've got a question for those of you who work for dealers or those of you who are Mitel Customers who can answer.

I'm putting something together for my son for him to be able to sell music on hold (MOH) to customers.
Since this isn't a high margin area, I'd like to know how many of you:
(1) Resell MOH services such as licensed MOH and "Ads on hold".
(2) Connect radio stations for MOH.
(3) Leave it up to the customer to find their own MOH service.
(4) Connect standard CD/MP3 players to the system.
(5) Resell/recommend application specific MOH players.

If you're a Mitel customer, I'd be interested on where you got your MOH sources and do you use "Ads on Hold".

Ralph

I always leave it up to the customer since it is a business decission that they need to make. Do they want Ads or music, what type of music, do they just want an information loop like a PSA? Plus I don't want to deal with finding music that they like and that they can get the rights to.
