IVR not registering tones from iphones
Before I begin please forgive my ignorance I am very new to managing a mitel system.
If I use the incorrect terms I apologize.
We use
Over the past two weeks an issue has cropped up when selecting menu options in our IVR menu. Selections from newer iphones are not being registered by the system. This issue has been confirmed on iphone SE, 8, 9 with both Verizon & AT&T (Possibily others) Iphones 6 from AT&T works fine. All Android phones work.
There has been no major changes to our system in several months, just routine changes like adding and removing extensions.
I have tried adjusting the DTMF settings below to both min/max values with no change.
DTMF Digit Detect – On
DTFM Digit Detect – OFF
DTMF Freq Deviation
I have reached out to both Verizon & AT&T they have been no help.
