As of yesterday i have two users, that were previously functional, with the micollab outlook plugin installed their machine that are having the same issue. When you try and create a new meeting the meeting window will open but it does not populate the meeting info such as the weblink, call in numbers and join code.
so far i have checked to make sure the account info is correct, restarted the AWV service, uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled and run a repair of office 365 2016. Anyone seen this before or have any suggestions? i have other user that are working fine.
