Record a Call Programming

Very new to the 3300 and trying to setup Record a Call.  I added RAC to COS option adn having issue setting up Hunt Group.  Getting message "Hunt Group has one of the COPS not set as voice mail".  Not sure how to get past this.  When I go to COS options and look at options and try to change voice mail COV/ONS/E&M Voice Mail Port to YES i get another message that says i can't.  Can anyone help e out   Thanks

you record the calls you need another soft : Mivoice call recorder.

The RAC COS option is for the handsets that you want to be able to record calls.

You need to create a 'Recorder' Hunt Group and put the VM ports in it. (Same as your voicemail HG)

Look in the help files under System Features and look for 'Record-A-Call'
