Version 6.3 Hunt Group Audio Issues

Heads-up guys about audio issues with v6.3 PR1 and ACD or UCD hunt groups using extension lists in a multi-node environment.

If there are off-node phones present in a hunt group extension list, phones on the local controller will have no audio when calls are answered.

Placing the incoming call on hold, then retrieving it, will restore audio. Phones ringing individually (not in an extension list) will work properly.

Mitel has multiple reports and is investigating.

Tech Support just let met know of the patch that fixes this problem, see below.

The patch is available on our ftp site to fix this issue.
MN00687732 - No audio on cross node hunt group call
To get the software go to
ftp.engineering.inter-tel.com
login=tsftp password=ittsftp Go into the folders /Emergency_Builds/5000_corrections/mitel 5000 6.3 PR1 software Download the 6_3_PR1_Sys_Software_NA.zip
Download the MN00687732_no_audio_patch_6_3_PR1_ONLY.zip
Upgrade the system to the 6.3 PR1 software
Upgrade the system with the no audio patch.
