I have Mitel MXe with R8 SP3 integrated with tiger tms voicemail using SIP users as per integration document.
On Mitel, I can see users are registered but when a call is routed to voicemail, it is connected but there is no voice path. On tiger tms live monitor i can see call is connected and tiger is playing the prompts but we cannot hear anything on phones. I mapped tiger hunt group to a DID and if i call from external number it works fine and we can hear the prompts.
Any thoughts?
