Revolabs FLX2 SIP conference phone

Hi all,

Has anyone got any experience with Revolabs units? I know it's a simple SIP registration but I am getting one way speech. I can hear the unit but the unit can't hear me.

Its a UCaaS connected to an MBG all latest software releases.

Internal and external calls get the same fault!

Hi all,

UCaaS solution for a customer with Revolabs SIP conference units. I can register them no worries but get one way speech.

External caller can hear, but the units cannot. This happens for internal caller as well!

Revolabs --> MBG --> MiVB

All ports are open. I've had a similar issue before for a Konftel unit where the STUN server needed adding...but I've tried this to no avail.

Any ideas would be great
