Phone Manager 5.1 Device IP address won’t stay
« on: February 15, 2019, 08:04:14 PM »
I’m installing phone manager with call recording. If I go under Phone Systems> Devices... I see my 5330 phones. When select edit the MAC Address / IP address doesn’t show.  If I enter them both they  won’t survive a reboot.  How do I get them to stay?   Since I’m doing call recording I need them to stay.  Any help appreciated

Since you are doing Call Recording you must have the MiVoice 250 port mirrored over to the MiVoice office Suite interface port on your switching. May need to do wireshark to verify

Yes that was it.  I have port mirroring set up but for some reason it isn’t working but it was an inexpensive Zyxel.  I exchanged it with a HP Procurve and it worked fine.  The MAC and IP auto configured. Thanks for the help
