MiCollab NuPoint Advanced UM IMAP delivery issues
« on: April 20, 2018, 09:33:15 AM »
Hello everyone,

Was hoping to get some assistance from those who've conquered their issues already.  We have MiCollab 7.3 and it has been running fine for users with Advanced UM syncing their mailbox with exchange using MAPI gateway and Exchane 2007. Since we've moved to Exchange 2013, MAPI because slow and also we are in the process of moving to Exchange 2016 and were advised that MAPI won't work with 2016 and we should use IMAP instead.

All is well, we setup IMAP and it works for an hour, then stops delivering/syncing voicemails and faxed with user exchange mailboxes. Total exchange mailbox count is around 1000 maybe more, but there are only 150 Advanced UM users. All other are Standard UM.

Anyone have run into this and was able to find a fix?

Is your exchange blocking the MiCollab Server because it suspects spam?

I think we got it going.

Per Mitel documentation, the session limits for IMAP were to be set to 128. We had Microsoft set it to 2048. Also, there were a bunch of other limitations for IMAP which were set to unlimited, like the throttle policy for NPUMadmin policy.
