Adding arabic language for mitel6940 phone

Hello ,,

Is there a way to add a new language like(Arabic Language) to Mitel6940 phone?
My directories contain some contacts in Arabic language and don't know how to search about them.

Help me, please!

Hi Ahmed,

Take a look at the Ip Phone User Guide, listing all supported languages.
Arabic is currently not listed, but the phone system must also support that language.

The phone can be localized even if the language is not officially supported. We were able to add Czech and Slovak languages to some extend, some prompts were hard coded but most of them we could translate.

I'm not sure if the Arabic characters can be used, but you can try it.
