Hold Timer not Working
« on: April 12, 2018, 02:42:22 PM »
Hey Guys,

I'm working on changing my current Hold Timer and I thought I was doing it right but I can't seem to make it work. What I want to do is change the Hold recall timer from 60 seconds to 180. I have gone into the COS for both the station and the PRI and modified Call Hold Timer from 60 to 180 but calls are still recalling after 60 seconds. Am I missing anything? Is there another place to make the change?

You need to change it on the trunk COR.  This COR number will be listed under trunk attributes form

I don't have any options in COR, only COS. The Trunk COS is set for 180 seconds.

Are the phone and the PRI on the same controller, or is there another trunk (like an IP trunk between a user controller and a trunk gateway) in between?

And the medal goes to lundah. I wasn't thinking about the different controllers. Our users are on a central controller that is virtualized but the PRI is on a physical controller. I changed the COS of our direct IP link and it works. Thanks for your help everyone!!!

And that's why I asked, that one has bit me more times than I'd like to admit.
