Change STAR schedule via phone

Mioffice 250 with 8568 digital phones.
Is there a way to change the STAR schedule via the phone? The client has changed their open/closed hours due to COVID-19 and we do not currently have remote access to change it in the backend. I am wondering if there is a way the client can change it by dialing something on their desk phone.

Otherwise the only solution would be an onsite visit (which we would then set up our remote access so this issue doesn't happen again)

Nope, and this is the very reason I don’t use STAR applications. Is there a manual night mode override programmed?

Dial in from your modem and get the customer to quickly transfer the call to 1500?

To be honest i've never tried this, it should work though.

Back in the dial-up days, we used to connect though auto attendants, programming pauses to get the timing right. For sites that were live answered, we’d have the receptionist transfer us to the system modem and program our modem for reverse transfer.

What worked even better was transferring to a CRA that timed out to the modem with a 5 second pause.

Okay, I know this doesn’t help the OP but it’s fun to reminisce.

Why don't you use TeamViewer to the customer's PC and access the system from there?

Their system is not connected to the internet. I believe the new plan is to send them a new router and we will be setting up a VPN with them. Directing them on how to run a wire from their pbx to their internet modem so it will be connected to the internet. Then we will access remotely.
