Picks up the handset --> Automatically dial

Hello fellow,

Do you know if it's possible to auto-dial a number just by pickup the handset ? it's for emergency calls .

It's like Call Coverage Service  but in the opposite sense.

Hotline is the feature you are looking for... it is in the embedded help.

In Associated Directory Numbers, add/edit the DN you want to hotline (ringdown), set the Associated Type to Hot Line, and the Associated Number to the destination DN.
