Mitel Phone Manager One way audio

I got very confusing with the mitel phone manager desktop and mobile.
The big problem with the one way audio.
This is my scenario:

I created extension (1001) on Mivoicel office 250, Also I created user to this extension, then I created one SIP extension (1166).
In the MCS_Server I assign the extension 1001 and SIP extension to the same user.
Also, I deploy the user on the Mitel phone manager desktop and Mitel phone manager mobile, (both of them on the same network but remotely from the Mivoice office and MCS-Server).
The issue is I get one way audio when I use the SIP extension 1166 from the phone manager Mobile, While I get Two way audio when I use it from Mitel phone manager desktop.

Please any body have any idea what is goin here.
