New install of a 200ICP AX. for a hotel.
We have different tenants set up for admin phones, guest rooms, trunks, and VM ports. For the admin phones and the guest rooms in form 19, both call forward busy and call forward NA are set to the pilot number of the VM hunt group.
When calling an extension, either internally or externally, the call is forwarded to the main system AA greeting instead of the user mailbox
Verified call forward no answer is enabled in the COS for all phones.
It seems that I have run in to this before, but can't remember what the resolution was. I think my 200 brain is dead...
