I am trying to get an ACD Path on 3300 7.2 to go to voicemail box when all agents are logged out and go to same mailbox after 5 minutes in Queue.  I can get them to go with interflow after 5 minutes in queue but when all agent are logged out they either have to wait for the interflow timeout or path goes to "out of service" depending on whether I have the "Queue Callers To Group When No Local Agents Are Logged In and Present" set to yes or no.  Any help appreciated

You would not queue callers when agents are not available and then normally just setting the path unavailable position to your voicemail.
