If you are calling another AA outside of the MiVO-250 and it only accepts 2-digits what makes you think it is the MiVO-250 having the problem? Have you tried more than one AA outside of the system and they all do the same thing?
Are you using IP Phones to do your test? Have you tried with one of the analog ports? It really does make a difference what device you are using and how it is connected to the system.
Do you have a Digit grabber or DTMF Digit test number you can call to test with?
Have you tried adjusting the DTMF Digit Duration/Pause timer? I think by default it is set to 60 seconds, but you may need to up to 100 like you would for a private network.
