If you have Putty and NuPoint you can log in to the NPM console and select System Maintenance (S) > Additional Options (O) > Lights Test (L) and see if you can light the extensions in question. Sometimes I have to light, unlight, and then usually for good measure give it an "Existing Value" before I exit. That usually does the trick for me

How do you do this? I can putting in but I cannot find the cmds to get me into system m. I typed help and I don't see this command.

thanks

Hello,

I can light my extension with this method but still cannot light her mailbox.

Do you mean the HCI Reroute Hunt Group on the controller

If I have other phones working could this still be an issue? Where is the located and should it be looked at on each PBX or just the one with the NuPoint HG?
Thanks,
