Just wanted to see if anyone has experience with the new Business Scheduler in Mivb 8
My question is this.
I have schedules set up on the " old " Scheduler to control internal calls for guest services such as housekeeping room service and so on in order to send calls to various ring groups at certain times of day.
I now need to set a schedule for incoming calls that conflicts with the settings in the " old " scheduler. I have assigned the hunt group number that incoming calls are pointed to a new Business Schedule I set up but will the settings in the " old " scheduler override this ?
