Call History doesn't show outgoing calls on 5324 Phones

Hi everyone;
One of our customer has MiVB 7.2 SP1 PR1 system. They have different IP Phone types but only 5324 phones don't show outgoing calls in call history feature. Outgoing Calls shows always 0. Incoming Calls and Answered Calls features work fine.
