Campon doesn't work from Console

Good afternoon,

I have configured Campon on our phones. It does work, when my DECT-phone is busy and I call the number with my mobile phone, then I'm going into campon. You hear the campon tone and when the call of the DECT-phone is finished it rings with my call. So far, no problems.

Now, when I call our reception (MiVoice Business Console) with my mobile and then ask to be forwarded to my busy DECT-phone, they forward me to the DECT-phone and release their line. Normally I would now be put into Campon, to wait for the other call to finish, but it doesn't work. The connection just breaks and I have to call again.

How can i configure it, so I also go into Campon when I'm forwarded by the Console?
In the CoS, Auto Campon Times is set to 5 seconds and the Recall Timer to 60 seconds.
