Anyone using Spectrum or Charter PRI lines on their switch?

Sure... Lots of them, 3300s, 5000s, Digiums, ESI's, and others. A PRI is a PRI... what is the question?

Any issues with them?  Tips or gotchas when getting set up with them?  We are moving towards replacing our existing PRI lines.

I am also trying to find out from them if it is possible to block caller ID per call.  My current PRI lines allow this.

No more issues with them than any other PRI, so virtually none I guess, they are pretty much industry standard. They are as reliable as their plant in the area, just like a traditional telco PRI, but in most cases Charter is more reliable than CenturyLink or other companies that reuse their facilities.

Have never done CID blocking per call with them.

Their SIP trunking product is pretty solid as well, never had issues with those either.

Depending on what sort of need you have to block caller ID, have them verify it's a true block. Although our PRI's aren't with Spectrum/Charter, it was one of the things I hadn't thought to ask about until it was needed. The solution was bringing in a couple of lines from the LEC with a true block and users could utilize a different ARS route to block, if needed.
