Hello everyone, first post. I've been working with a Mitel 5000 CP 3.4 for a little while and I've got an issue where internal calls will no longer go to voice mail. I've checked all my settings, forwarding paths, making sure they're set to 1, which is VM, and they're set correctly. I also have "FWD call type - IC Calls" on my extension set to Yes. I'm still stumped.
Also, I have a situation lately where the Administrator's voice mail box is getting filled with voice mails that can't be delivered.
Any help would be great.
