I have a client using the Contact Center software with the MiVoice 250 (aka 5000). They utilize MediaBlending in their hunt groups. Just recently, the agents have been receiving some of their email messages from the contact center server WITHOUT a time/date stamp on the individual email message (about 10% of them) so they can't tell when the message originally came into the call center.
Has anyone experienced this phenomena and did you find a FIX for it? Thanks
