Sometimes you need to
put a Mitel phone PC port into mirroring mode for troubleshooting. This article explains how to mirror
Mitel 5330, 5340 and 5360 telephone data switch ports.How to mirror data port on back of 53xx

Note: a PC must be plugged into PC port or it will not put
it into mirroring mode.

Hold Volume Up/Down keys the
release only the down key and enter 234. This puts the phone in config mode.
Respond with 'No' until display
reads "Tools and Features."
Press 'Yes' button.
Next say no until get to Port
Options
Press 'Yes' button.
Display should now read "PORT
MIRRORING: Off".
Press '*' for change
Press '0' (zero) for mirroring
"ON" (or '*' for Mirroring off)
Press '#' to accept.
The phone's PC port should now
be in mirroring mode.
