Isn't Toshiba having bankruptcy issues? This is also probably going to help move Toshiba customers over to Mitel when it is time to forklift their equipment. From what I heard though the Toshiba product was pretty solid.

Apparently Mitel got a great deal due to Toshiba's pending issues.  There a few articles out there highlighting the details.
