Hello

i have got 100 users running UCA softphones how can i get UCA to SYNC the contact in a users outlook address book when a new contact is added

running the sync for each user is going to be a nightmare

Is this not something you could train the end user to do? If they can add a contact in Outlook I would assume they would be able to select "Import Contacts" and hit ok. I tried to get my UCA to sync without doing this and could not find a way.

I wish this was done on the back end.

Are you having any problems with your soft phones? Are they all internal or are you running them as teleworkers?
