Intro and Advice!

Hi All

My name is Mattie and I have just started as a BI Developer at a large Telephone Answering company running CSM and Mitel switches.

Anyway! My first Q is which forum can I start to ask some questions about the DB2 database?
I am using SSIS to collect the data but I wanted some more information!!

Hopefully there is someone out there who can give me a little help.

By default the CSM uses the DB2 database.
