Dial by name in CRA

My dial by name is not working in my CRA. When I input the letters and hit pound it goes only to one extension. Any helpers out there?

Did it ever work?  Are the description fields on the phones listed as "Lastname, Firstname"?

Has everyone setup their mailbox yet?

If you setup the descriptions as [lastname, firstname] and they have setup their mailboxes then it would be determined by which Dial by Name Directory [First or Last] that you are using that determines which mailboxes could be called up.
