I afraid this poll may be a bit skewed in favor of vendors.
The reason being is that VAR techs will monitor this forum to see what's going on and to see if they can help.
I would think (in general) if you are a end user customer, you would only check the forum if you were seeking an answer to a problem.

We'll see.

  Agreed Ralph.  There are 100's of forums I've hit over the years without ever registering.  However, it is a good indication of the people who contribute me thinks....

I am a customer and I think that if you partcipate that helps yourself and others. I try to contribute what I can, but as a customer I am limited to only my experience.
