I will try that!  now I have a similar question where all incoming calls ring LDN on the console (DIR number 7903) if no answer on that DIR number calls go to the VM of 7903, I need to get calls routed to the AA instead, the ext for the console is 7999 but neither 7999 nor 7903 are in form 9 to program the forwarding.

It worked! thank you.

I have a similar question please, Incoming calls ring LDN button on the console that assigned DIR number 7903, if there is no answer on that DIR calls get forwarded to the VM of 7903 and what I'm trying to do is to get the calls routed to the AA day MSG on busy/no answer instead. the console ext is 7999, but neither 7903 nor 7999 are in form 9. any thoughts ?

You can find any extension, FAC, or other dialable number in form 35.

Do you have access to the documentation? What you are looking for could be accomplished in half a dozen ways, most likely with Automatic Overflow from Attendant. The actual implementation and configuration of this may be beyond the scope of this forum if you are not familiar with the AA and advanced call routing in the SX200. Contacting your vendor for a site visit may be advised.
