Default message on Auto Attendant

Hi to everyone, i'm new on this forum.

There is a way to erase the message greating registered and return to use the default one for the Auto attendant?

I'll defer here to Mitel100 and V2twin on this, but I think all you'd have to do is log in via the TUI into the admin box and delete it from greetings.

If we are talking about the embeded voicemail, I don't think it can be done via the TUI (only in Nupoint). I think the only way to do this is to delete the mailbox and re-instate again.

Wouldn't that only be though if he is using the Multi Level Attendant structure?
Perhaps it would be as simple as just removing the programmed "per port" greeting on the VM.   Dunno....

Vorlander, can you tell us what VM you are using?

The only way I know how to do it would be to press one in the managers mailbox but that will default the entire VM system.
