We have developed an application called 'Asset Manager' that may be of interest to any looking after Mitel PABX's.
The application will automatically capture the entire configuration for a Mitel switch (SX2000 or 3300) and display the information in a web browser.
It will work with modems, trackers and direct IP, with a MiXML version currently undergoing Beta testing.
Some key features include:-
* Automatic scanning of multiple PABX's on a scheduled basis
* Ability to compare scans to show additions, removals and swaps.
* Visual representation of ARS, trunk groups and trunks unallocated to groups
* Ability to search for specific devices, firmware or extensions
* Capture of COS / COR for each handset
* Capture of firmware information for handsets and cards
* Details of 'Out of Service' devices (with a historical view of 'dead' circuits)
* Ability to export all the information into Excel (note: REAL Excel spreadsheets... not just a CSV file!)
* Automatic password changing
* Automatic Date / Time update
