I have done. I was simply looking for Ralph's input. The help files do not tell you to max the timers out... Unless I'm missing something.

I max them out based on experience.

I was just saying that if you follow:

 3.In the Class of Service Options form, for each RAD, set the "Recorded Announcement Device" option to "Yes", the Answer Plus Message Length Timer equal to the message duration, and the "Answer Plus Expected Offhook Timer" equal to the RAD cycle time plus an allowance of five seconds guard time.

You shouldn't have any problems

Got it... I've always been told 2 seconds but find ports still go into DND. Will try your recommendation.
