Mitel Download Manager

Anyone else having issue downloading software? I always use the Mitel Download Manager, but today I'm getting permissions errors in IE, FF, & Chrome. Using http option for now...

It hasn't worked for me since the change to using the Connect login.

I just used it last night with FF to download the 12GB MiCC OVA.
Worked fine.
