5320 Mail Box Invalid Passcode
« on: June 18, 2015, 11:13:57 AM »
Afternoon,

I'm very new to the Mitel system.

But I've got a client who cannot retrieve VM from his MB. I've logged into 5/6 different phones. I've tried changing his passcode.

Could you give me any ideas? I understand this may be simple.

Most of the time when I see this it's because the message didn't come from "their" mailbox but rather from some other mbox that notifies their station (hunt group, general night mailbox etc.).  Press the lit message key without going off-hook first, it should tell you what mbox left the message.  Then fix password for that one.
Database programming will also tell you in the SUBSCRIBER STATISTICS section whether he really has a message.

Agree with dwayne press the MSG key with the handset down to find the mailbox number. I bet it's not the extensions mailbox.
