Block 411 - information
« on: March 02, 2010, 10:04:39 PM »
Could someone give me the steps to block 411 on my ICP 3300's.

Apparently we have hundreds of dollars of 411 calls throughout the company.  Not sure why we have so many 411 calls, especially because we have that thing called the internet.

Thanks

-Evan

There will be a route in ARS for 411 either delete the route and make sure there is no other route that could be used for dialling 411 or increase the COR of the route so no one can dial it.

Here's an article I wrote on the subject.  Basically it suggest diverting 411 to Goog-411

no this is ARS which has nothing to do with station numbers. the route you are actually looking to delete is 9(or other access code)411
