Remove Recorded Name From Directory?

Greetings,

We have the M-5000. I am running Session Manager 3.2.4.59. I need to remove employees from the directory and am running into a wall. I have several mailboxes that have a spoken name in the directory, but those folks are no longer here. What is the best way to remove them?

Just delete the mailbox when people leave, and build a new one for new hires. That's best practice, so new employees can start with a new mailbox.
