Traveling class marks

I have used this feature in the past but it doesn't seem to be working now. I am running release 10.0.1.23.

What this does is pass the COS and COR of the phone across the network so you don't have to allow the TIE trunks between the systems access to dial out.

Unfortunately I can only get the calls to leave the system if I allow COR of the TIE trunks access to dial out.

Any ideas?
